Sample Answer 1:
The rising cost of higher education is a significant issue facing governments around the
world. Three ways are there to fund higher education and each has its own merits. This
essay shall discuss the benefits of each method and identify the best one.
To begin with, if the government pays for higher education it would contribute to a
prosperous and civilized society. It is true that human resource is of great importance to
every nation. Investing in higher education, therefore, helps establish high-quality labor
force with great expertise in the future. Moreover, it gives students from all walks of life
the equal chance to further their education.
If the student has to cover the full fees of his tuition then naturally he would be more
serious in his study. The onus of getting the full value for money spent on higher
education would be on the student and this would result in better graduates which would
benefit the nation as a whole.
The third option in which all costs are paid by the student using loans from the
government that must be repaid after graduation is the best one in my opinion because
even the have-nots would get equal opportunity to get higher education and as the
students would know they have to repay the loan after they have finished education, the
universities would not be flooded with non serious students.
To put it in a nutshell, I pen down saying that each of the above methods has its own pros
but the third method in which all costs are paid by the student using loans from the
government that must be repaid after graduation is the best.

In this era, education is very important for world society. A few people think that fee of education, especially higher education, should pay by several institution, there are government, students, or mix between government and student.
All necessary fill by the government would make every people are able to get high education because society no need to spend their money to enter the university, and they can get lesson with free. However, that would built parents lazy to have good work to pay their children’s education because every children have right to have education, so they no need to effort to enter the university.
All necessary fill by students create people become struggler people because people who really want to study would hard work to get money for school. Neverthless, not all of individual have money to follow class in university, and that make society in a country have enough knowledge to face the world globalization.
All necessary fill by the government, but the students have to turn back the government money after they graduate from college is having benefit because society could enter the college while they collect their money to get information in the institute. Moreover, that is not to have function because if people still do not have money to change the government money, they possible to graduate lately for collecting money. That obtain to decrease image of people even they are smart and have several abilities.
To sum up, three methods to create community in a country has enough education, there are the fee by the government, there are the fee by the students, and there are the fee by the government, but the students must change after they graduate from the college. Everyway has advantage and disadvantage.
